The Inn at 500 Capitol is known for its exceptional guest service. Below you will find a list of services we offer our guests. During your stay, if you have any questions or requests, need your vehicle brought around, or would like to schedule a shuttle, please contact the front desk at 208-227-0500.

Valet Parking

We are happy to provide unlimited in and out valet for your vehicle 24 hours a day.

Valet is $27 per day/per vehicle.

Please contact the front desk 5 minutes before you are ready to leave and reference your valet tag number so we can have it ready for your departure.

Complimentary Shuttle Service

Whether you need a pick up from the Boise Airport or a quick ride to dinner downtown, let us drive you in our Mercedes Sprinter Van or Towncar. Our shuttle service runs between the hours of 7am and 10pm and can travel within 4 miles of the hotel. Shuttles are bookable through the front desk and subject to availability.

Rent A Car With Go Rentals

The Inn at 500 partners with the elite car rental service, Go Rentals, the only car rental company specializing in the private aviation industry and servicing fine resorts and hotels. Hospitality trained professionals meet you at the airport or deliver your luxury vehicle to the hotel for you to use throughout your stay.

Check Out Information

Check out time is 12pm noon. If you need assistance with your luggage, please call the front desk and someone will be sent up to assist you. To check availability for late check outs, please contact the front desk the morning of your departure. If you plan to leave the hotel later in the day, after check out time, we are happy to securely store your luggage at the front desk until you leave the hotel.

Housekeeping is available between 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM daily. If you would like to request that your room be serviced, please contact the Front Desk and indicate the preferred time of service within this window.

For additional items such as towels, bath products, coffee etc., please contact the Front Desk with your request and it will be delivered to your butler pantry within 10 minutes.

After the item is placed in your butler pantry, we will knock on your door to let you know it is there.

Dry Cleaning

Same-day dry cleaning service is available during your stay. Please fill out the tag located in your in-room wardrobe, place your items in the provided laundry bag, and deliver them to the front desk before 8:00 AM to receive your items back the same day.
