The fitness facility is located on the second floor and has everything you need to work up a good sweat. It is only accessible with your room key, so be sure to bring that with you, but towels and bottled water are provided for your convenience. The fitness room has the following equipment:

Chef Owner Richard Langston’s menus celebrate the integrity of ingredients: sourced locally when possible, and prepared simply to showcase the natural flavors of the products. They work with local producers, growers, and suppliers to bring in fresh, sustainably grown produce, meat, dairy, eggs, honey, and other ingredients.

Bikes are available on a first come first serve basis, with a three-hour usage window between sunrise and sunset.
Please call or visit the front desk when you are ready to take one for a spin and we will be ready with a waiver and helmet for your outing.
